Cover of the audit guidance

The Privacy, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties (P/CRCL) Audit Guidance for the State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial Intelligence Component (Audit Guidance) is designed to help state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) agencies, including state and major urban area fusion centers, conduct a privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties (P/CRCL)audit of records within the agency's intelligence component.

A P/CRCL audit will support agency leadership in ensuring the protection of community members' privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties in the agency's intelligence-related activities, including intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination.
